Summer Italic 22 is made the same way as my previous font, Summer Sans 22, by manually cutting black cardboard and gluing it on paper.
Those were then scanned, refined, and made into a font with FontForge.
The result is as silly and wonky as its predecessor.
When used in posters at larger sizes, it gives a nice handcrafted feel to any design.
If you enjoy my work, please consider supporting it by donating a small amount.
I'm a hobbyist designer, and donations help me make more free fonts.
Many small donations do add up.
Thank you!
