Bad Tour was created in 2019 by Los Angeles designer, Armel Patanian.
It intends to employ serifs such that they do not aid in reading.
Rather, they work with counters and tapering strokes to subtly imply staggered 3D arrangements of 2D planes, making readers feel as if they might be seeing imagery in perspective when looking through the characters.
