Born from chaos and forged in darkness, Atherna is a brutal death metal typeface that captures the raw energy of extreme music and underground culture.
Every letter feels like it’s carved with rage sharp, twisted, and unpredictable, blending death metal aesthetics with tribal influences to create a look that’s both savage and hypnotic.
This font doesn’t try to be clean or perfect.
Instead, it embraces distortion, aggression, and noise, making it the perfect choice for designs that demand attention and attitude.
From band logos and album artwork to gig posters and dark branding, Atherna brings a powerful visual identity that feels loud, heavy, and unapologetically bold.
Perfect For:
Death Metal / Black Metal Band Logos
Album Covers & Merchandise
Music Posters & Event Flyers
Horror & Gothic Visual Projects
Streetwear & Edgy Branding
